Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 de septiembre de 2026
In short
- We collect your name, phone and email only when you give them to us, to reply about a property.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
- You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- We use measurement tools (Google, Meta) to know which ads work. You can opt out.
Below is the same, in the detail the law requires.
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is Fernando Patricio Romero Valarezo (tax ID 0706087780001), operating as Inmobiplat, located at Piñas, El Oro Province, Ecuador.
For anything about your data, write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +593993193155.
2. What we collect and why
We only collect what you type. We never ask for ID documents, bank details or financial information.
| Where | What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chat assistant | Name, phone, email and your question | Reply about the property you asked about | Your consent |
| Property newsletter | Name, email and WhatsApp | Tell you when matching properties come in | Your consent |
| Sign in with Google | Email, name and profile picture | Identify you without another password | Your consent |
| When we list a property | Owner name, phone and property details | Manage the sale or rental you asked us to handle | Performance of the engagement |
| Site measurement | Pages visited, which ad you came from, device type | Know what works and not waste ad budget | Your consent |
3. Who we share them with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other agencies or third-party lists.
Only the providers that run the site handle them, and only for that:
- Hostinger — hosts the site and the database.
- Google — measures visits and handles Google sign-in.
- Meta — measures Facebook and Instagram ad results.
Google and Meta may process data outside Ecuador. Accepting measurement accepts that transfer.
4. How long we keep them
- Chat enquiries: 24 months from last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Listed properties: for the duration of the engagement, then as long as commercial record-keeping law requires.
- Measurement: 14 months, the maximum we set in Google Analytics.
5. Your rights
Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Act gives you these rights, exercised here by email:
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold.
- Correction — fix incorrect data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data.
- Objection — ask us to stop a specific use.
- Portability — receive them in a portable file.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, no explanation needed.
Write to [email protected] and we reply within 15 days. Free of charge.
If you believe we mishandled your data, you may complain to Ecuador's Data Protection Authority.
6. Cookies and measurement
The site uses two kinds of cookies:
- Necessary: keep your session and chosen language. The site does not work without them. They do not identify or track you elsewhere.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. Only active if you accept, and you can change your mind.
7. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and owner information is limited to authorised agents. No system is perfect: if an incident affected your data, we would tell you.
8. Minors
This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. About property information
Prices, measurements and features are provided by the owner and published in good faith. They do not replace title registry verification or a survey. Before buying, verify deeds, boundaries and encumbrances with a professional.
Images and 360 tours are of the actual properties. Aerial photos are illustrative and do not define legal boundaries.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email you if the change is significant.
